Go to planet coster, it's in alpha and runs better than rctw, looks better and (when they release terrain editing to the public) you will be able to build free from arches. no props. -- in simple terms, every cave and hill he has in this video he would be able to sculpt like clay.

I think that he just records the coaster at daytime and at night. Then he takes the outdoor sections from the day-onride, and the indoor sections from the night-onride :)
