Iraqi food making kebabs from lamb in iraq street food

Kebab is a food that is abundant in Iraq and is prepared from minced meat with fat using grilled skewers and grilled over charcoal. زرت العراق سنة ١٩٨٨ قبل نهاية الحرب بشهر وكان العراق جنة رغم الحرب الطويله المهم الكباب العراقي افضل كباب بالعالم تذوقته طبعا بذيج الايام مدري اذا خرب الان الله اعلم ها صحيح نسيت اكو مطعم كليت منه غدا بذي قار اسمه مطعم الحبوبي يمه تمثال جندي على ما اذكر او بنفس الشارع المهم كان الاكل عجيييييب للان اقسم بالله مو ناسي الطعم ها وكان بالعراق فيضان بس العراق كان كله اخضر وانهار وجسور وسكك حديد ونخل وجيوش وكان العراق منتصر ومحتفل رحنا زياره للاماكن المقدسه ولقيت هناك العراقيين ايزورون الاسرى الايرانيين تعجبت قلت هما مو اعداء اشلون ايزورونهم مع اني كنت صغير بالعمر ١١ سنه بس فاهم ايه راحت الايام انشاء الله يرجع العرا ق مثل قبل
