0.36xˆ2 + . . . = a(4xˆ2 + . . .) means when you distribute “a” to 4 you must get 0.36 therefore a = 0.36 / 4. It’s a “difficult/complicated” distributive property/mult./division problem only because of the decimals. Not that it helps much but you could use the 0.63 & 7 or the 1.17 & 13

For the 4th question the best way to do is set eqn. equal to each other
0.36x²+0.63x+1.17=a(4x²+7x+13)
0.36x²+0.63x+1.17=4ax²+7ax+13a
Compare;
O.36x²=4ax²
0.36=4a
0.36/4=a
a=0.09
