I wonder how true that line is. they always do it in the movies and games 'if you run away we shoot you ourselves, rawr we're evil russians!" I..dunno, maybe it was very common and the movies are right, but I also don't trust american tv to depict russia well so..I just wonder how true itw as. thats all. Great playing on your part :D

It was known for the slogan “Not a step back!” People who did wrong, their punishment was to go to the most dangerous parts of the front lines. The Soviet Army also had “blocking detachments” at the rear killing “panic-mongers and cowards”.
