I love to look at pictures and drawings. They help me get ideas to draw with. You are correct on the just doodle. I use a Moonman with an M tip and a Cross Foutain pen with an M tip. Your drawings always get me ready to draw something. Thank you for inspiring old and new minds.

Just found your channel recently and I’m loving your style. I particularly like your hatching style. There’s something kinda old-timey and nostalgic about it. It reminds me of something old but I’m not sure what. Medieval wood carvings, maybe? I don’t know but it’s cool. Can’t wait to see all your Inktober entries. Keep up the good work! 👍

Watched this with my sister, who actually practices automatic drawing! I do it a lot at my job while I'm on hold, and find that I surprise myself with my ability at times... not that I'm some super talented artist, but I see progress in the simplest drawings and desire to draw more.
It's very relaxing! I think everyone should give it a go at least once.
Your honesty & transparancy makes this my personal favorite episode so far. I would like some direction on how to choose the curve of shading... I love how you can demonstrate curves and angles, and 3-D shapes, with just stripes!!! F'n
