I love this hotel it's really unique how they let the river flow into the lobby inside the building I find that really cool.
Went there tonight great hotel and elevators of course, the staff are very friendly. Great job Hyatt! 👍

Installed in 1981, modernized in 2000s.
I didn't expect to enjoy these videos this much, man! Haha it's a lot of fun. Also I'm glad to see some TX10 footage - I just bought one and it looks fantastic. Can't wait to start using it. Great stuff!

I love your hotel tours! When I'm older, I plan to film elevators, and hotels, like you. So far, I have one hotel tour of the Holiday Inn Express @ Vernon Hills, IL, but I wish I could film more hotels, and elevators like you!

West in Bonaventure in Los Angeles still has the best scenic elevators... all 12 of them & the 36 story hotel make for an awesome experience. I'm amazed you haven't been there dieselducy!

i love this hotel. we stayed there when we took our yearly trip to San Antonio. great capture DD. also any tips on filming elevators. im going to star very soon. just wondering if you have any tips about filming.

I remember watching this a lot when I was four and loving it. Schindler modded it. Also, why don’t you like the new cabs?
I do think Schindler modernized those elevators. For one thing, the signal has the tendancy to beep for the floor above the one you just passed. Also, the beep sounds like the BB&T Center in Charlotte NC. It's a pitty that the glass one on the atrium side didn't talk.
It was so common in the 1980's and 1990's to put water surrounding scenic elevators.

Thanks for the video - I am using it for my PreK class who don't know what elevators are. I will have to stand in front of the camera towards the end when that jackass flips the camera off. I hate when people ruin simple things. Other than that the video will go to great use and it helps that you say "elevator" so much, because they will know the term by the end!!!!

Elevating Northern Colorado hydraulic elevators require hydraulic fluid and they have cables that wrap around a spool or whatever you call it traction elevators used counter weights
LV Hilton used to have a US scenic "spaceship" round elevator... which Otis dismantled & replaced w/ a similar square one... Boooo!
