Love playing piercing shot, but man is it inconsistent. On particularly laggy games I take advantage of the stagger provided by javelins, allowing for an easy piercing shot hit on chaos warriors. Plus, it’s necessary anyway as it doesn’t one shot CW on damnation. Still, nothing feels as good as outright deleting multiple maulers running at you, or deleting elites mixed in horde. That or just shitting on bosses in general (IF MY TEAMMATES WOULD STOP STAGGERING THE BOSSES REEEEEEEE)
In general it's made me think about just how predictable animations are. Once you figure out the easy ones, enemies become trivial. Plus, piercing shot completely dumpsters the ridiculous number of shield stormvermin on the new maps.@@getinthis
the first two misses made me wonder if they were turning around in response to the path tracing calculation triggered them to act as if hit before the projectile hit them or something. That would be very funny. But no just lag

This reminds me of what it feels like to play huntsman with my EU friends from NA. 200+ ping makes headshots an extra layer more difficult.
