As a Minecraft player, here are a few of Dream's Minecraft references you may have missed.
0:59 When Dream says "stepping stones below dirt" he's also refferring to the fact that in minecraft, there is stone beneath dirt.
1:02 "Hunting your man" is a reference to Dream's manhunt series
5:19 "Fortune" is also a Minecraft enchantment
6:15 When dream is talking about ships in the nether he's referencing a play he did where he hopped across lava using wooden boats

If you guys are wondering about the “Tom’s suicide note is your kinda paper line,” it’s part of the Dream SMP lore.
To summarize, after Wilbur dies and L’Manburg gets blown up, Tommy and Ranboo jokingly grief George’s house. Dream uses that as an excuse to exile Tommy and forces Tubbo, the president and Tommy’s best friend, into doing so. Dream takes advantage of exile and slowly conditions Tommy into a mere shell of himself via Stockholm Syndrome. He blows up his items everyday, keeps anyone from visiting him, etc. Eventually it gets to the point where Tommy is so depressed and miserable that he writes his final words in a book and commits suicide by jumping off a tower of blocks. However, Tommy survives the fall and leaves exile behind.
*In short, the note references the paper Tommy wrote before jumping to his near death. Nagito is basically saying how Dream exploits other means, whether ethical or not, to get what he wants, whether it’s by mob drop plug-ins for world-record Minecraft Speed-runs or conditioning people for power to control of the entire Dream SMP server.*
