The ICC opened an investigation to see if Israel committed war crimes against Palestine in 2021. The US stepped in and the case never went anywhere. The US is not even a member of the ICC, and neither is Israel, and Palestine is or isnt, depending on which side is talking. I'm American, but I believe in justice, and the ICC should have the right to investigate this, and pass judgement where needed. I stand with Palestine.

The government of Israel wouldn't act so horrible if they didn't have help from the USA Britain and the EU standing behind them. Israel is not committing war crimes and genocide by themselves because they have powerful helpers supporting them with everything they need to keep committing crimes against humanity. The people who are really suffering in this conflict are the Palestinian civilians. Israel needs to fight this war properly, and that would mean going house to house and street to street looking for Hamas, and this way, not so many innocent people would get killed by airstrikes. Is Israel even bombing the right targets because they seem to kill more innocent people than anyone else.
