I used to go over everything multiple times getting ready so I don't forget anything but ended up forgetting something like gloves or goggles. Having a track bag ready or close to it I'm hoping I don't spend all that time getting ready only to forget anything. Boots where not listed as they sit next to my bag.

Something I learned very quickly is, you need good pair of strong boots and quality knee braces too.

Look into LS2 Helmets they are lighter than most all helmets and half the cost and they make the shells for most the big name brands! 690ADV Approved!
