Hi there! It's expected because it's a normal finding for this post-op client. The shoulder pain is caused by gas left in the abdomen during the operation.

I debating between B and C, then I thought B would be the answer because of ABC, wouldn’t the trach be more important than the DVT?

Option B is a normal finding for a "fresh trach", so there's no urgency there.

DVT can kill thats how I remember the importance of it
