Yes po! Yung texture nito parang candy, smooth & caramelized, but kung gusto mo yung medyo my granules ng sugar, pg ng melt na sya ng konti after nyang mg crystallize i remove mo nxa from heat, like sa clip 2:38 😊

Hi. My caramel turned out too hard - did i cook them for too long? The almonds are sticking together and the caramel is too hard to eat.... can I reheat the caramel to get rid of the excess, or will it burn? Thanks!

Wax paper and a zip-lock bag. Anything to keep the air out.
Well I guess my pans different cuz or something cuz mine didn’t really carmelize just look like sugar coated almonds 😮😅 maybe you could put a time on this to know please, first time ever doing this. Thanks 🙏🏻
