Onions are a high FODMAP food which can cause you ibs flare ups. There’s a few apps you can use which help track symptoms and what you’re eating etc! 🖤🖤
i find my ibs symptoms with raw onion but cooked there not as bad

Onion and garlic are some of my biggest triggers 😞 I would deffo try cutting them out and seeing if that makes a difference.

Loved the vid Ana! I have also been struggling with an IBS tummy and my go to drink has always been Coke/Coke Zero and once I cut Coke out and started drinking clear sodas like Sprite the painful bloating subsided. I think it's the colorant and caffeine in those drinks that cause painful bloating because clear sodas don't have them. Hope you feel better soon xx
I've had IBS and it used to get worse drinking fizzy drinks on an empty stomach or when eating rice. Try it after you've eaten a full meal and see if it helps. Also probiotics are great to help regulate gut issues.
I asked my partner how often he thinks about Roman Empire and he said at least 3x a month and if you extend it out to Greece & Egypt, he said he definitely think about ancient times once a week 😂 when I did some research about what possibly women would think about more often it says that the majority of women think about m*rder or getting into accident or something like that as we women are paranoid and over thinker (I don’t know about you, but I do think about that, maybe i’m just afraid to d*e) and thought to myself “Oh yeah I do think about that” so if you’re a woman, let me know if you do think the same 😅 xx anyway, I love you Anna ❤️

U could try colpermin for ur ibs ,they r just peppermint capsules,help with bloating,pain etc... Good vlog,the singing was impressive.
They are good I use them but you have to cut out foods like oniom garlic and others or not eat them as much to fully help x
