hey ana :) just wanted to lyk that cutting down on coke massively helped me reduce bloating! my stomach would react painfully to fizzy drinks & i always assumed it was something I was eating but it was actually from pepsi max, Coke Zero, or other canned drinks unfortunately 🖤

Onion is a common allergy. I would recommend doing a food elimination process. Really helped with identifying my intolerances.
I used to love onions: raw, cooked, onion rings, coleslaw… but I had to cut them out of my diet due to bloating etc. I miss them but my bloating is much much better since I stopped eating them x
