keep a foot pump or hand pump onboard always. I have same boat but a 12'6" with a 9.9hp and it goes 27km/h. keep an eye on your air pressure (cold water make psi drop) because like you saw with the keel not properly inflated performance lacks. if that's the 15ft version you can go up to 40hp motor
thanks! we brought on board a portable power box that we were able to plug our pump into. once we got it fully pumped up the boat started handling how it should

That's probably a 1986-87 Mercury 25hp. $1000 for sure
