Never worked for Stevens. But I called them several years ago and asked them about going to work for them. I had five years of experience no tickets no accidents and I have been pulling reaper trailers for three years. They tried to tell me that I would have to go out with a trainer with them for two months to learn their reaper equipment. I said no thank you that right there tells me you’re a garbage company is only trying to waste your time and run solo trucks as teams. And if I remember correctly, it was on the low side of whatever everyone else was paying.

Will they hire people with spotty work history??? Ive been having to take care of my mother for quit awhile but Which caused a big gap in my work history
Do you know how long you have to wait to apply again after they turn you down? On my phone interview they asked if I ever smoked weed before I told them yes but i had been clean for one year. I want to get my CDL but I just don’t know what to do because I have very long dreads & most companies do hair test🤦🏽♂️ if someone can guide me in the right direction I would really appreciate it.
Once u get in ur truck as a solo operator u can ask them if they any spots available an go from there. But to answer ur ? Yes. My friend is dedicated an he just got off a trainer truck.
Of course it would be the worst… with your lazy complaining ass … I bought a house and paid off my car leasing at Stevens… so wtf are you complaining about …. Learn to keep your bills low and stop chasing cheeks on the road😅

I JUST CALLED THE RECUTIERS NUMBER THEY TOLD ME TO CALL! THE GIRL CAME BACK AND SAID YOU WERE NOT PICKED FOR THE PROGRAM, I ASK WHY? SHE SAID THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SAY.. REALLY?
DO THEY STILL TURN OFF THE CRUISE CONTROL AND JAKE BREAK THE THE NEW DRIVERS THERE USE TO BE A COUPLE OF MAMI THAT DID THE ROUCH COACH AND THE FOOD WAS GOOD THERE USE TO BE A COUPLE OF FEMALES IN THE LOGS DEPT THAT IS FINE THAT WAS BACK IN 06 WHEN I STARTED WHICH I DROVE A T2000 SUPER 10 BE SAFE WINTER IS HERE

They don't record the inside unless u doin something ur not suppose to be doin then they will have u uncover ur cab cam.
