It is observed in Other states ,that police broke the doors of house in night time and people got fear and arrest some one
Reason is simple the person made some criticism on ruling party person.
For this breaking doors breaking and entered is necessary in night time.
People should demand Human rights protection
Pakistan judges can learn from Indian judges. This is how you handle Police and corrupt System.
This is main reason wan to pursue law and want to play with govt and administration

Probably he was skipping law class during his basic training course... that's why periodic refresher courses for all police personnel are utmost necessary.

Instead, it must be as "HC grilled Police"

सर अदालतें कहती जरूर है लेकिन इन अधिकारियों के खिलाफ किसी भी प्रकार की सख्त कार्रवाई नहीं होती इसलिए इन लोगों के हौसले पड़े हुए हैं और यह अपने आप को अदालत से भी ऊंचा समझते हैं

Where were the appropriate arguments by the hired lawyers. They become dumb infront of the judge.
Lawyers are 'engaged' not 'hired' . You need to know the ABC of the legal system. This judge was himself a lawyer till few years back. And no lawyers don't become dumb in front of judge. There was nothing here to argue as the judge was grilling the cop. Kucch bhi!
@@user-gs5pl1gp2v If "hired" is not the appropriate word to be used for the lawyer in the legal term so is the word "engage' for both involve payment and not of free service. What do you say.
@@marakhimblar8968 Payment or no payment, lawyers are engaged and not hired. You stand before a court and say 'I have hired a lawyer' and see what happens.

The judge messed up here. Merely returning the car doesn't mean case should be closed. Everyday value of a xar goes down. The employee drove the car for 3 years. He has to pay (value of car in 2020- value of car at the time of return ). If let's say a 10 lakh rupee car then it would ve around 3-5 lakh. Inspector wasn't well versed in law it seems, so he couldn't answer properly. Judge crossed a line according to me. You can't just say things to an execute officers and get away with it. Who's going to implement judges judgements if executive don't want to? Remember power is always with yhe executive. It's the belief/respect that keeps judiciary in power. The day executive stops caring for judiciary it's done. High time parliament passes judicial accountability act, so that such off handed remarks are not made by such arrogance. There needs to be a balance between all three branches i.e. legislature, executive, judiciary.
