I know kagame grew up here in Uganda, he also served in the Ugandan army ..i know rwanda is clean , many rwandese that are fluent in English grew in Uganda ..i remember visiting kigali and while at the airport the immigration officers started speaking in luganda to me ...i felt at home ..Uganda and rwanda share alot of history
