In this video you will see a good map to farm costumes/cards (with gramps active), and it is mag_dun02.
The costume drop rate is 0.10%, but with items + HE Bubble Gum, you can reach 0.38% or even more.
The reason to farm costumes & cards is for ECA Event (Exchanger card album)
