This is by far one of the best shows on Netflix. In a world when technology has improved so much and people chat with each other or look for people in online dating sites, this was really good to see these two characters daring and speaking about themselves in diaries, i highly recommend this for couples as well as singles.

I didn't read all the comments but they should've mentioned that Austin Abrams is also from 'Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark', that's where I first saw him. Can't wait to watch this
Loved the series and the book! So fun to watch, it’s like this decade’s version of You’ve Got Mail. I feel like it was a strong reference/inspiration of the story/series. One comment on the stereotype character, the black bff/sidekick of the male protagonist - kinda stereotype. But, loved the whole representation in the casting.

I related to Lily’s character, as a teenager I was SO shy and awkward and it was so very refreshing to see her as a main character🙏🏻💖it was an amazing show and I might just go in for a third watch! I binged watched it last night. It was really cute! I read the book a long time ago and I thought Netflix did a really great job bringing it to the small screen! I would definitely watch this series again!

I loved it,.it’s fresh, Unique , as you said, with clever writing, humor, New York at Christmas as location=amazing. The cast leading and support are really good. All and all I enjoyed every moment of it ❤️❤️❤️
I watched this show. It is spectacular. I watched the two episodes, and it will keep you engaged for the next risk. I was a bookworm in high school, and I was a tad odd in high school. I was sorta like Lily but not brazen with guys or assertive with her activities. Now, I want to read the book.
It was okay. I was really looking forward to this one, hoping it would give me the same serotonin boost as JATP, but it didn’t. It was cute, loved the plot. 7/10
As far as I am concerned this is by far the best adaptation of the three from the co-authors. It easily eclipses Playlist and No Kiss List. Probably in no short part because book to series is an easier transition than book to film. Much more scope for character development. More room for both main characters and secondaries to get a little fleshed out. The strength of this series is all in the relationships.
Throughout watching this, Midori/Lily kept reminding me of Gina Rodriguez/Jane the Virgin. The way her face would move (like her mouth or her eyebrows) really reminded me of Gina...
