Hi lindagran8750 - do you take Magnesium? I've had migraines for about 20yrs - but about 3 years ago I started taking Magnesium every night before bed - I found that my attacks were less frequent. Just an fyi 😊
Hi Linda so happy to have you here. I will definitely do a video very soon, hopefully, in the next two weeks, only focusing on migraine, because I have suffered from it for 23 years and I have a lot of experience with all the triggers on how to avoid some of them. I’m so sorry you’re going through it. It’s very painful. Hopefully what I share can help you with getting less migraines.

I really appreciate you sharing this video - I have been seriously considering getting this done ( I am so terrified though..lol) I hope I can find someone I can fully trust as that I feel is so important. Hearing you describing your migraine attacks, are exactly the same as mine - all of it! Also, mine last 2 sometimes 3 days before I am 100% again. For that reason alone I am trying to overcome my fear of the procedure - going through that, would be so worth it to me! Thank you again so much! I am definately going to talk to my doctor. 😊💕
Oh yes, I do remember, you mentioned that you also suffer from bad migraine. Only people with migraine can understand the symptoms. I’m so sorry you were going through it.
Is your fear the pain part or is it something else? Because I had a lot of fears as well before starting. Not pain because I know a lot of people told me it’s not painful, but I was really afraid of it. Looking on natural and horrible. If you feel comfortable, let me know what your fear is maybe I can give you some advice on it. 😍🥰

@@BySarv It is not the pain, I fear something may go wrong (lol) Just the idea of injections in your head. But I am doing my research and have a list of questions for my doctor. I have to focus on the positive - if I can go 6 months without a migraine, I would be so happy! Thanks Sarv 😊❤

Oh yes, I completely understand that. What I told myself is everything has side effects, I told myself even all the pills that I take for my migraine have side effects so I’d rather take less pills and stop harming my body that way. Again, everything has side effects and so does Botox but I was willing to go for it because it truly decreases the amount of pills I have to take for migraine 🤕 you just have to find someone you’re comfortable with and ask all your questions 😍🥰 but wait until you’re 100% comfortable with it 😍
