It’s all about figuring out what you want your life to be. That’s the hardest part. But once you do, it’s much easier to focus on and achieve that goal. Also, enjoy your youth. You won’t feel this healthy and energetic forever. Ok, I’ll stop preaching now!

Oh, I pissed myself too.", it's hard not to think some ways are better than others. I'm prejudiced though, having quit drinking 25 years ago.

I was meditate in sunlight with this music. I have the vision that child myself, younger myself, older myself are all hugging each other and became a one unit. I receive message from future me. She was very strong, and send me a full of love for me. I was happy that future me never forget about younger me. I feel more confident. I also send my love and thanks to myself that became who i want for me (child myself and young myself) who are full if live, strong, cured.

i am so so blessed to be living the dream on a beautiful island with warm blue seas, unspoilt beaches, pine forests and mountains. This reminds me of how lucky i am. So glad i got out of the rat race. I have very little, looking after my rescue animals, but i have so much.

I would never get to work. In the morning I need lots of coffee, John Phillips Souza turned to 11 and more motivation than I usually have. Then I look at my lazy, good for nothing, cats are remember that someone has to bring the kibble home and they can't drive.
The most powerful feeling I receive while listening to these 432Hz. I use this with a vibration resonance speaker, fill a cup with water 💦 and let the cup rest on top while the music vibrates sending ripples through the water.
It's a feeling of cleansing when I drink. Or, so I believe.

You are walking in a mysterious pathway, dreaming of your truly desired dreams. The mysterious pathway leads you to a shiny, glistening waterfall. You find a wooden bowl on a piece of stone next to the waterfall and dip it into the silky, aqua blue water. You concentrate on the sound of the beautiful birds in the trees and the splashing waterfall making soft, bubbly clouds. You take a sip once the bowl is full and taste the sweetness, natural and pure water that has been blessed to you. You put the wooden bowl back and start walking on a dark pathway. After a while of walking, you see faded shine on the left of the pathway and start digging in the soft dirt. You realize that it is a Lapiz, Quartz and Geode cross. You lay down on the dirt, hold it close to your heart and close your eyes. You transport back to your bed and fall asleep, dreaming on where you will go next time.

_What I have found here is something beyond anything I could have imagined. When I ventured down to the surface from Skytown, I thought 'd see only dust, debris, and maybe wreckage. No...I've found something absolutely out of the ordinary. I found a large expanse of trees going over the horizon, and the sound of...birds. Yes, that's what the Compendium called them, I think. In any case, I let the autopilot take hold of the airship as I lowered myself into the canopy and down into the forest floor. The sun was shining, but I could have sworn it felt like night inside this place, lit only by strange fungus on the ground and the streams running through._
_The main thing I need to comment on...is the strange sense of peace I felt in these woods. I held my rifle at the ready in case of any form of attack, as per usual, yet here...I felt...well...I felt as if everything was alright. As if I was safe from harm, above and below. To this day I can't explain it; if it was a miasma or a gas used by hunters or some kind of creature, I'd be dead right now. The Arcane Compendium once spoke of these things called 'enchantments' that would be used to charm people, to lull them into a blissful state, or just induce a sense of wonder and awe. It's hard to explain...but I think that's the exact word I use for this forest; enchanting._
_I set up base-camp near the river, looking to see if I could collect the fungus for sampling done back home. They seemed normal to me, maybe even edible, but I dared not eat them. Last thing I wanted to do was poison myself from any foreign foods...yet I found myself looking longingly into...the water of all things. Some sort of strange lights seemed to dance inside of it, maybe made from 'insects' as the Compendium once described. Fireflies? No, they were only in the air before the Great Exodus. I took a sample of the water, but still...I felt that sense of peace again...among the strange noises coming from the trees. They sounded like high-pitched tweets, like the geese and ducks back in our livestock pens but only...more musical. And speaking of music..._
_I believe the forest is inhabited by something sentient, because the next thing I knew, I heard the sound of...music. Some sort of stringed instrument, not like a guitar, something much lighter and...enchanting. There I go using that word again. I tried to search for the source, see if I could track down the musician, yet all I seemed to find were empty spaces. Yet every now and then I would hear it again, uninterrupted...but with an accompanying silhouette. I think whoever the musician is, they're watching me. I dare not go to sleep, even though I don't think they mean me harm._
_All of this is beyond strange, but even as I write this, I have decided I will venture deeper into the forest, to see what mysteries I can uncover and find the source of the music. Who knows what ruins could lay within, or what the musician can tell us...if it can understand me._

Every time I need and listen to healing music's, I feel better. Better and better. It is a pity that the situation we are living all, breaks a little the feelings I have at this time. It Took me almost 2 years to get rid of a life of suffering....this was around may. I have to say that I really have to stay strong to not go back down as I was before. And I don't want it. But I am proud. In have been able to reach this goal. And this was very important for me....tried to many times to go, to leave. I have the chance to be surrended by my pets. They helped me a lot too.
I woukd love so much that all this mess stops right now. But I know it is not possible at this time. And I think of all these people that lost every thing, lost beloved one. This is so hard, but we have to stay strong. We will get over soon....keep faith, love, compassion and love in your hearts

I grew up in an area that was at one time part of George Washington's farm. Acres and acres of densely wooded areas with creeks and streams. The sounds of water and the birds singing brings back memories.

Thank you for this video and the magical picture with the sparkles moving around. I'm drawn to nature more and more, connecting with trees and animals, especially birds. I agree with the comment of G.G. that worrying is a waste of time. I'm not young anymore, my heart and spirit remain forever young. Invest in how you want your life to be and be the best version of yourself that you know how to be. With that attitude, you don't have to make efforts to be better and compare yourself with others. As a human being born on planet Earth, growing up in all the turmoil, changes and systems collapsing, with new systems not yet fully in place, you've got a unique gift to offer. Find it, but don't push it, just let it unfold and flower, naturally. Just like nature shows us how a seed sprouts, shows us the growing of a plant, a tree, shows us the flowers, the visits of the bees, and the presence of a seed, falling to the ground.
That's how natural growth can be enjoyed in our own undertakings to make our dreams come true. Time as a circular or cyclical flow, just like life itself shows up in everlasting cycles.
Enjoy your own heart and feel the affinity for yourself in it. That's what it takes to live in joy.

A very short story--One Choice
I found myself in a dream. I was alone in a bright white room. There were two doors on the opposite walls beside me. One door was labeled "Exit", the other "Entrance". A voice in my head said, "There is only One Choice. The Choice is Eternal. There is no Time, take as long as you need to decide. Once the decision is made, it is done." Then a piece of paper appeared on the floor. A flowing foreign script formed the words, "No one wants to go to Hell. No one wants to leave Heaven." From this curiously confusing clue I made my decision. I chose "Exit". I opened the door, I walked through....and the dream went black and I awoke.

My own dream is to live in a society not based around the economy, but based on your abilities (to listen to nature). Kinda like an astral oligarchy. its like being in a place so far and distant away from earth in a different planet that hasn't been discovered but always has been here for as long and as if your the only one on that place with flowing streams of enchanted water glowing brightly from the darkness in the midst across noises from mythical animals nor discovered that is as enchanted as this place you feel air breeze through you while you fell deep into a sleep that feels like your all alone in this place nor any human has been here you see glowing neon enchanted animals such as pegasus's fairie's and etc you see bright blue mushrooms that glow blue in the dark as bright as neon you suddenly feel a tingle something special...

I was meditate in sunlight with this music. Imagining me being in nature and feel all this mysteries and amazingness from nature, and just having a life like that. I have the vision that child myself, younger myself, older myself are all hugging each other and became a one unit. Also I received message from light, from future me. She was very strong, and send me a full of love for me. I was happy that future me never forget about younger me. (It means just instant transform of myself right now. Future is changed somehow.) I feel more confident now. I also send my love and thanks to myself that became who i want for me (child myself and young myself) who are full if love, strong, cured. Just be me. We can do it ! I love you every one thanks for existing together. We‘ve been Always backing up each others. Even when we didn’t notice.
