I got 15v 7amp from 95watt cfl circuit to remove 400v electrolyte capacitor then the the transistors MJE 13007 is not get to hot.. Thanks for your support !

Use schottky diode like 1N 5825 OR SR5100
What about the voltage drop from no load to full load...have u checked that??

It wont give any shock as the secondary winding of ferite transformer is isolated from the mains supply.
