You have such a cute personality. Don’t think or allow your boss to make you think or feel that you can be replaced. Know your worth and value that you bring to the job and shrug off your boss’ rude comments. I went through a horrible “dictatorship/bully” situation with my direct supervisor for 7 years! It was horrible so I know how you feel. Thankfully she’s in a different department and I’m finally thriving and enjoying my work.

You sound like you would make an incredible boss, I'm very sorry you're working in that kind of environment. My psych recently told me that "I can't control how other people see me, and when I try that's what is likely to make things worse. It's not my problem if my team want to win capitalism, all I can do is the parts of my job I've been trained for, and they can let me know when that's not enough. I'm not here to win 'job', but I can win 'very fun and nice' because that's more valuable anyway". It has been so helpful to me to think on when I make a human mistake. You don't know the value you bring to a company as a kind person
