I’m at 6:42 so haven’t got far yet but I imagine you’ve gone for home improvements & construction, which is my videography niche as well as SMMA niche. Be VERY interesting to see what clients you sign as my experience in general with construction is that companies don’t really value marketing as much as they need to and therefore don’t look to spend as much. In general though. Not all. (Edit 1): SO glad you mentioned having a good social media presence and content is KEY for home improvement businesses. I keep trying to ingrain this fact into prospective construction company owners’ minds but a lot of them don’t see/nor understand it. (Edit 2): Damn. Didn’t realise I watched the full hour! I am stunned. This is the best hour I've spent preparing to launch my company in almost two years. And, I loved the sweet "chiding" at the end because I have literally spent weeks pondering my niche, name, logo, etc (without actually doing ANYTHING) and you took away all reasons to wait in one hour. If it's taking so long to start the company, I assume you fear something. If you are scared of talking to clients, just remember, they are just people, like you. Just grow some balls and go for it 😂. Every second that passes without trying is a second without progress! And if you fail, try again! You are not at fault for being human. I hope this motivates you to take that leap. 😊 good luck

The worst thing that could happen to me is learning a lot of information about how to run a SMMA and learning how to run facebook ads for other businesses for then find out you have to be 18 years old to run facebook ads 🤦♂️ I feel like I just lost all hopes again

This means that you are blocked from registering a company name that is too similar an already registered name. This also applies to logos, branding and patents. So you must do a deeper research about already existing company names an logos before just paying for design and buying domain names. Trying to ride on an existing company’s reputation is illegal in many countries. 34:15 Promise a result in a niche you don’t master is very hard. You must have some know how of the niche to understand how much the leads are worth.

He’s smart, because he started from his location’s pain points to hone on the industry of Norwich’s economic demands which was Housing Market, which eventually led to Home Improvement. That’s the way i do it too. Hone in on the Major Industries of a City’s Demands, then find the Niche of that industry

That’s the way i do it too.
Hone in on the Major Industries of a City’s Demands, then find the Niche of that industry
