this is straight up and useful. one does wonder how a judge determines prejudicial or confusing evidence. Is the judge's decision subjective? subjective with guidelines? attorneys are always trying to push this boundary. The judge always needs to push back. it must be tiresome. maybe the judge has a clerk that does most of this work deciding admissible evidence? how often are these decisions made from the bench?on the fly.

Change of venue, the charge of venue was granted from me Al to Jefferson county Alabama but nw Al something else in mind they see I wrote a statement to the court to please guilty in the Northwest Court in Alabama but it don't have no copy of that

Same applies to any other confidential communication.
