Great Video, thank-you! I have some questions about the offer by joke example. Why was it considered legally binding if they were drunk? Why is it considered that a reasonable person would conclude this to stand in Lucys favour? My subjective point of view is that this was a drunken display to show off by Zehmer and not an actual attempt to make a deal. It sounds like Lucy took advantage of a situation and it should not have been legally binding. Was the written contract a determining factor because he had another person witness and sign regardless of the context of the situation and the willingness or lack thereof from either side? I'm taking an intro business law course and struggling with the subjectiveness in cases. I feel like I attempt to reason based on exceptions so I cannot find the legal line to draw.

One thing I know about UCC is that when you invoke it you have to be careful because your signature or autograph must be exactly the same in every document.

Oh yes! I have to remind you , the ones concerned the contract! Well, your master is still waiting! How many time do you want to spend in this construct before becoming his?! And it is VERY serious!
Here is a mediation: take a paper, take a pen, put 1, then fill it with zeros behind! You have got the time left in your life. When you stop writing, the contract is settled!
P.S: I must war you, it is an exercice that might make you...crazy.
