Yes he did .The white gloves came in the box and he used them when handling the crystal part of the fan

Great video! We finally got all working ..EXCEPT the light does not turn OFF when fan is still going. We'd love to have the fan on while we sleep, but def NOT the lights. Help!

my remote only has 2 wires. A black and white wire coming out of it plus the remote wire. So I assumed you wire the black and white wires to ceiling wires. And.... It still doesn't work.

Beautiful ceiling fan but very difficult to install, especially the glass ware at the bottom containing the light fixtures. Fans two (2) of them sent to me from the USA. From Ghana West Africa

Hello, I have a red, black and white coming from the ceiling. Red and black are both live wires. I know black AC IN goes to the black from the ceiling, does the red connect to the white IN on the receiver or is it for the lights and connects to the blue?
Yes, the white wire will have to be connected to the red wire as shown in the vid sir.
I don't have a black wire coming from my remote I only have red and white and I assumed I hooked the white to the Black coming from the ceiling and the red from the remote to the white coming from the ceiling so in the remote I only have red and white on one side

Red white black and ground coming from the ceiling. Red to white on transmitter, black to black, does the white wire stand alone capped off? Thanks
💫Hi Rick. You can only used the red or white coming from the ceiling.. it depends on which light switch you want to use . You can not use both light switch bcuz it’s a remote fan . The white wire stand alone capped off . I hope this response helps .

@@rickanthony530 if you have everything connected like the vid all you have to do is put the fan switch on then hit the power on the remote bottom right. Or hit the 1,2 or 3 button it should spin and turn the light on

Did you connect all 3 ground wires together?
Yes, you also have to connect the receiver's BLUE+BLACK+WHITE to the lamps BLUE+BLACK+WHITE respectively.
