The system when LeBron plays is the LeBron system. Give him the ball and stand by the 3 point line to create spacing for HIM (rather than him creating for others) and hope that he loses the dribble (cause his handle is weak) or a defender actually guards him, and he’ll kick it out with a few seconds left on the shot clock.
If you make it, LeBron is a great playmaker.
If you miss, it’s your fault and you’re not helping LeBron.

JJ is only saying. What we were complaining about Ham. Good teams figure out. What the Lakers were running and counter. Teams get a big lead and doesn’t call time out until late. Then Ham have his hands in his pockets and can’t counter. Then his rotations were always off. It is true. JJ needs to prove to it.

Darvin was a terrible coach. Anyone who didn’t watch home the last 2 seasons has no clue what they are talking about. The team won in spite of coaching. He wasn’t fired for no reason. He didn’t run set plays which you could see when they gave up huge leads. Dude didn’t call time out or challenge plays effectively. Dude made horrible lineup choices. This team won because of their talent and lost because of their coaching. Fire away because Darvin deserves all the criticism. You should actually watch him coach a season before making videos about content you know nothing of. It’s definitely easy to criticize what he didn’t do… All his accomplishments are the player accomplishments and definitely not him leading the team to victory.

You are right: JJ Reddick does say a whole lot, and some of what he says is really dumb. In this instance, however, his comments are being taken somewhat out of context. He was asked about what he might improve. Now, for anyone who's ever been the new guy in a prominent position, you will be asked this type of question: What, exactly, are you going to bring to the table to justify being in this position? So JJ answered with an analytics type answer, because that's his shtick. The Lakers did not run as many set plays last year, when they did they scored at a higher clip. I don't have the stats in front of me, but I'm assuming this is a true fact. So JJ wants to run more set plays.
Is his answer really that unreasonable? JJ didn't even mention Darvin Ham by name. The ARTICLE went on to talk about the former Laker's coach. Was JJ REALLY aiming a shot at Darvin Ham, or was he just trying to honestly answer a question about what he might do better. Stop trying to stir up smoke when there's no fire, good sir.
