Will be non-defined if we look at the progression.
This will translate as: non-existan impact at the end of the game, non-defined impact during the game (although we can assume it will approach zero)

Yes, but I can counter with player 1 does 60k damage with 12 deaths and player 2 does 50k damage with 1 death. Player 1 has 5k damage per death and player 2 has 50k damage per death. Did player 1 really contribute more just because he has more absolute damage, or is it possible 1 of his 12 deaths actually lost the game?
Damage per death is actually a good stat when you're not at either extreme (no damage and no deaths or a million times more damage and deaths than anyone on the team).
