Wars of the Roses: Mercenary Crossbowmen & Channel Update for March

I have (temporarily) shelved my Wars of the Roses models for FAR too long! Love the Perry models for the range, and enjoyed the few I've put together and painted already...so here's some mercenary crossbowmen to go alongside them.
I'm theming my monthly efforts with my hobbying and this month is "Medieval March". I'm hoping to get more Wars of the Roses infantry and a few more Medieval bits and pieces done this month too. My last Wars of the Roses videos were well-received last year so I hope you guys enjoy this one too...more soon on the same topic!

Great stuff, and I see your process is rather economical timewise - are you using all Contrasts paints? Which ones may I ask? I find they can look too lurid but those tones are spot on.
I am expanding my own WotR Lancastrians now and wanting to add some European Mercenary Crossbowmen and Pike to my force to add some variety. Finding historic colours is challenging though - apart from all those Burgundians supporting those Yorkist pretenders that is! Great stuff mate, really enjoying your channel 🙂

The technique described in my how to paint 100YW Archers is the same I've used here. Don't recall exactly which paints I used, but the would have been diluted very slightly. Ultramarines blue and Flesh Tearers red (and some Blood angels Red) probably... czcams.com/video/rWZ5Ya6KuC8/video.html
