We replaced the WR core with more speed and multiple established players in college football. Just brought in 3 DT with more experience and also have multiple young players there that were high ranked recruits. We lost 1 starter in the secondary and gained a even faster CB to replace (speed has been very important to Sark as you can tell lol) and we lost 1 starting OL and a 3rd string OL that’s had injury problems. The OL is most likely our strongest position. That’s the effect of the transfer portal

Kind of hypocritical that you don't apply the same standard, or any standard really to Tom Herman in your other comments. Our defense went from 24th in ppg allowed (2017), 49th (2018), 58th (2019), to 60th (2020). That is what we call regression. Yet you nitpick our current secondary, as proof of our defense being inadequate.
Which is a fair critique, but as a whole, our defense ranked 12th in ppg allowed in 2023. That is far better than any year Herman has been here. Even in 2022 we finished 21st, which is still better.
I know you're probably trolling, but in the off case you aren't, I am confused as to why you dogmatically defend Herman, who was the epitome of everything you accuse us of today.
Playing up and down to competition? Herman did. One good season, then falling back into mediocrity? Herman did. Injuring our best players from over-use? How about running Ehlinger to the point of having to frequently play through injury?
