The Northern Central Railcar Association (NCRA), along with the North American Railcar Operators Association (NARCOA), began day 1 of their Test & Tune Weekend on March 9, 2024 hosted at the Wilmington & Western Railroad.
I joined the 10 motorcars as we ran about 55 miles throughout the rainy day.
