Let's be honest, Street Fighter has always had kind of a weaker story, but gameplay is the key. However, I genuinely really want to see development in Ed's character. He actually is very interesting.
It just fits so well when he's fighting. Its like those in boxin movies where its the round where botb fighters are exchanging blows and dodging and shit like that.

Very likely it will. Characters and add-ons tend to come with extra music, and it would be a huge missed opportunity for Capcom to not include this theme with Ed's DLC, considering SF6's conceptual theme.

It was based on Lose Yourself, but redone to distance itself from it in every way. No rock bass. A sliding note up and down, indicating his psycho powers. The orchestra is not a sample. It’s a dynamic orchestration giving Ed the focus. The piano represents his true loneliness in the world. But the words of Caleb Combs puts you in Ed’s psyche and he troubles, wonders and attitude. He wants to do good in the world and not succumb to the darkness. He will fight it even if it kills him. He has an inner battle he’s facing. He beats his own rhythm, living on borrowed time.
