- Just installed the Greddy Emanage piggyback ECU with boomslang harness and Karcepts Tune. Lowers VTEC to 4k, and provides big power gains down low.
Absolutely love it so far.
The newfound torque in the lower revs makes the powerband so much more useable on street and track. Being stuck in 2nd gear at low revs (3kish) is no longer a death sentence.
215-width Indy 500 tires on 7.5 wheels meant I was doing more drifting than gripping today, but it left for some good clips.
Can't wait to try this tune out on proper rubber and get stuck back into STR.

2. -3.0 camber in front, -2.5 in rear. 0.05 toe out front, 0.05 toe-in rear

Wow... let's just say what a crazy course design. My heart damn near skipped a beat when that first car crossed over so close to you. I definitely would've gotten distracted.
What an insane course. I kind of wish I could have made it to this one. But also glad I didn’t lol great work navigating!

I bet that 4k vtech makes a big difference in your car. I have a flashpro tune in my AP2 and it really helped between 4-6k. I can use third gear a lot more out of corners without grabbing for second.
huge difference. I'm planning on moving to a 4.6 final drive soon as well, so the car will have even more wheel torque to play with. Should give the car similar gearing to a stock ap2. Can't wait!

Yo! I had two rears bored out to fit the fronts. Once I run the ancient PS4S on them ragged, I’ll be swapping some winter tires onto them and they’ll become my winter set.
@@feelsgoodS2K why’d you go narrower on the new wheels?
@@spideryong 8.5” wide wheels on good summer tires proved to be too grippy on the street. I like being able to feel the limit at lower speeds, and actually get some power oversteer despite the low torque of our cars.
As you can see in the video, going an inch narrower along with the tune means the latter is much easier now :)
