But the fact that D. Smith was irritated that Tammy didn't want her child to know about transgenders just yet irked me. So we are suppose to be exposing kids to that young? When I was a child I never even saw a Transgender person (that I knew of) in my day to day life. I had no transgender people in my family. Would it have really made sense to introduce me to something that I had no dealings in. Usually how parwnting work isbsituations come up and you explain as you go along.
I think that's the point lol you wouldn't introduce your child to someone saying "this is Matt and he's white." so you wouldn't say to a kid this is d smith and she's a woman...but a man. children are VERY face value. Like you said any transgendered people that you knew of. taking a person at face value means accepting them as who they present.

But I wouldn't even feel comfortable explaining to my child so young about what sex is let alone the complexities of transgenderism. Those are things that parents do not usually go out of their way to have conversations about so young. What you can do to a parent is tell your kids people are different but treat everyone kindly. But that doesn't mean you have to go in depth about what all those differences may be. If you are doing what you are suppose to do and showing kindness to others your kids will more than likely see that and imitate that.

For once Rasheeda and Kirk had it right. They didn't need to appear in that courtroom at all since they are cool with both parties. To appear on one behalf to up his reputation could come across horribly to the other side especially if the other party has a good reason to be at the courthouse. The only thing I opposed in this situation is Kirk and Rasheeda not sitting Lil Scrappy down beforehand and explaining why they weren't going to be there. Don't tell someone you will be at court and then just be M.I.A. In that respect Lil Scrappy is valid in his feelings of being upset but otherwise any clear thinking and sane person would know that mutual friends weren't going to jump in the middle of a custody battle on one side or the other unless it's some serious issues going on to where the child just isn't safe. Lil Scrappy and Queen Dee need to chill.
