- A year and some ago, Demi called me on the phone and said that she was building a block of 12 flats somewhere in Lagos and asked if I’d be willing to tell the story of her journey as a 25-year old, female, real estate property developer. I said yes, and so our journey began. I don’t think either of us knew it would take this long to be completed but here, now, in 2024, we see that the timing is just perfect. I’m glad that I can finally share Demi’s story and hardwork with you 🫶🏽

This is the confirmation I needed. As a young girl, I’ve always seen myself venturing into real estate, even though I’m majoring in the medical field and I honestly am clueless on how to go about it.
I love that there’s a wheelchair ramp at 14:21, I love the inclusivity of it, it goes to show how well thought out this project was, individuals with mobility impairments can have access to the space. It’s exceptional.

Oh wow. It's how consistent Demi remained in her vision for the property for me. Her words in 2022 and now are the same. That says a lot about how insistent and intentional she was about what she wanted to do. I'm super proud of her and inspired by her. And great documentary, Ezinne!
