This is a full game of Simulation Pro Yakyuu, a baseball video game by Hect. Yomiuri Giants vs. Yakult Swallows.
The gameplay is almost like a turn-based RPG, rather than a typical action baseball game. You choose the section of the zone to aim for and the pitch (for pitchers) or the pitch speed to look for (for hitters), as well as whether to bunt or shift the defense, etc. Then the play happens outside of your control.
