-Having hair is actually more hygienic. It's made to regulate sweat and heat.
-Why are you saying it's 'more feminine'? It's actually a consequence of female hormones and comes with womanhood (you don't have body hair as a child, well some do, but it's less frequent)...
@HOBO DUMPTY 8 is the average age for the begging of puberty in women. Many people have light body hair as a child though, it thickens and grows in more areas during puberty.
hair groth doesn't come from female hormones. It comes from male hormones like testosterone. Woman just have a lot less of these hormones.

Shaving is a personal decision that no one else but your doctor should be a part of! I shave for the feeling and it makes me feel good and makes me feel feminine, but that’s just me! Other people may not, and that’s okay!

I shave my armpits because of “what is considered socially acceptable”... however if I have enough long sleeved tops for work, I will not shave. Exactly the same for me! The only reason i started shaving when i was in middle school was because some girl in gym class noticed my BARELY noticeable leg hairs and commented aloud how gross it was, while my sisters at home would always comment on how gross my hair was and ask why i didn't shave everywhere, including my privates, even going as far as to try waxing my arms. Really freaking stupid. Trust me, they will get rid of your eyebrow hair if they could(i mean all of it). I even started wearing make-up because of them. I NEVER even got a bad look from a guy, let alone a bad word. Guys like to focus on body shape, boobs and butt(not that i cared, but it was obvious). About a year later, i stopped living with them and realized how stupid it all was, so i stopped ALL OF IT. I don't get people sneering about me anymore, i even get compliments! But i realized it all has to do with the people you associate with in your life, the people you keep hanging around. The phrase, "You Are The Sum Of The 5 People Closest To You" is no joke. So don't keep those sisters too close, at least i didn't and don't. XD Far better off without their misguided influences.

I stoped shaving a little over a year ago because of my depression and lack of energy (so i wasn't taking the best care of myself). The fog has lifted these past few months so i decided to shave and i didn't really like it especially when the hair started to grow back it was so fkin itchy lol. Now i just trim here and there and i think i look better and i feel very free! I would totally recommend that everyone lets their hair grow out at least once in their lifetime. You may be pleasantly surprised by the experience!

I've been shaving my... lower region long before I even knew why women felt it was necessary to shave down there. Mainly I did it because it made me feel soft and... feminine in a way.
Now I shave because it makes me feel empowered and sexy. Almost like a secret, I'm just walking by like "yeah, I'm hair-free and you don't know about it" *wink*.
I firmly believe that women should do whatever makes them feel empowered. If shaving makes you feel empowered, do it. If growing it all out makes you feel empowered, do it. If you like dressing modestly or showing as much skin as possible, then do it.
Women can feel empowered by doing whatever makes them feel comfortable in their own body.
Love yourself and do what makes you feel empowered, whether it be in a subtle or loud and proud way.

As a man, I’m really ok with women’s body hair. There was a time when underarm hair on a woman was shocking, but not any more. It’s just a natural thing, doesn’t offend me at all. As for the “downstairs” I’ve always preferred a bush, but then I’m an older guy.
Leg hair, depending on how thick and dark it is, can be ok, unless the look is for bare legs. Under dark tights, no big deal. Some women have very light leg hair and might never need to shave.

They are lucky because their leg hair apparently don't grow much. If I go unshaved for a month, mine look like a man's legs lol.

I live in Europe and it can get quite cool here during the fall and winter, so from like October to February I never shave my legs nor my armpits 🤷🏻♀️
My best friend does not shave, and she gets bullied for it, so we made sure they know that it's not ok to bully/tease anyone no matter what (we are 15)

everyone is obsessed with the hair on my head and say my hair is stunning, but since i have dark hair and genetics my hair grows fast as fuck and i have had guys call my arm hair gross or if i forget to shave my armpit they act as if i fucked a dog. I have had people say shit about my arm hair and when I shaved it many people started asking "why?" and tbh I feel better without it but my scar is more prominent now (I have been told it looks like a white Caterpillar always nesting on my elbow ). So I have now realised I will always be self conscious about something because people will ALWAYS point everything out (I also have red spots on my arms / scarring from picking on my arm and I have had people point that out and ask why I have that )

Love this video. I will probably never stop shaving(I'm OCD and any body hair other then my hair bothers me) BUT I use to overpluck my eyebrows in a compulsive way and I stopped after seeing this video!!! I now have almost full eyebrows without having to use excessive makeup 😁😁
I grow out my underarm hair most of the time but every once in a while I feel like wiping the slate clean. I always miss it afterwards ); Armpit hair makes me feel like a badass.
