Great you guys. Thank you for joining us today and taking the time to learn a little bit more about how to possibly coach our drivers and make them have a better experience with cameras and how cameras make the difference in that. My name is Bobby Farrow, definitely, and I run our insurance channel. And this is Ron Bourque, he's with Aim Transportation. So we're gonna share a little bit about different and how cameras make a difference in coaching. And then he's gonna show you how he's actually utilized that data and the results he's gotten from his fleets. So let's get started. So these are all different concerns that please see everyday, they're their concerns that weigh heavily on their mind that they're dealing with, all within the industry. And a lot of times, it's really hard to take those concerns and adjust and be able to address them using a carrot versus stick. When we're looking at cameras. And the data that we get from a lot of times relating with the stick pulling in drivers that are really interested in I actually talked to a lot of the drivers in the Hall of Fame here, I think go by our booth and pull them in and I asked them, Hey, guys, what do you not like about your camera. And the number one thing I heard actually from every single one of them is anytime I hear about my camera, it's something that's negative that I get. That's it, they only call me on when they see something negative. So we want to change that. And I'll show you how you look at engagement at work. Typically, you're getting 50% of your employees that are actually outside of that you actually have some that are like taking away from engagement at work. And so when we look at it, and we have this, we have all these concerns, and we don't have a lot of engagement makes it really hard to have a positive workplace that gets if drivers or employees engaged. So I want to show you guys something here I have these numbers. And I do have to look at my phone because I always forget what these means that these are not related to trucking, but they're actually related to a British Cycling Team. So on the British Cycling Team, let me tell you what these. So from 2007 to 2017, the British Cycling Team had their best wingspan of all time, they won. Let's see they won 178 championships, they won 66 olympic or paralympic gold medals, and 540 France's so they were regarded as one of the most successful runs in cycling during this time. But what you may not know is also during this time, great five years earlier, they were mediocre, they actually had to manage 40 grams in 110 years, they were terrible. These guys were so terrible that the biking manufacturers didn't even want to like sell bikes, because they were fearful, they would actually lose business with them actually riding their bikes. So what they did is they went and they hired a new coach. And this coach believes in a philosophy of aggregation of marginal change. And what that means is he believed by making these very small 1% improvements, they add up to big change. And so that's what he did, he came in and he looked at really like some of the most like obvious things like we should get them more comfortable seats, right. And they made those changes, but they looked at some of the more obvious things like, like lives, like massage, which one actually made muscles, you know, recover quicker. And all of these changes are what took that to me from this mediocre where they couldn't win at all, to actually gain championships. And so I believe that same philosophy we can use today for our police and within the industry and we all can make these 1% changes, we can actually make a big change within our industry, with our drivers with our safety culture, and really making it a positive experience. So how the cameras do that, that's a lot to put on a camera provider and how can we actually do this. So there's different ways that we can bring awareness to this and help drivers understand what's the first thing that we do is different than anybody else out there is we analyze 100% of the drive. And this is really important because analyzing 100% of the Drive allows us to see all the positive all the great things that drivers doing and then maybe some of the different risky behaviors they're doing and be able to report on that full picture. And then we can take this and be able to show them it's not just severe alerts we're looking at what we're looking at mild moderate severe. So now we can add the context.
