Is your fleet leveraging data from safety technology to improve your operations at all? We are
we're actually using the coaching tool with our drivers. We have a specific fleet it goes through the managers they they analyze what the drivers and it's a weekly thing they look through it they see you know, they don't want to to hassle driver on a one off, you know, we're looking for patterns, we're looking for problems that they can do and things that they can work on in the future to try and improve their driving. These are things that they might not even realize it, you know that they become complacent, and don't realize that they're doing this. And once you show them the video and show them their scorecards and everything and say, Hey, this is what's going on with you. And these are things we can work on to help you improve, because that's something that, you know, they might not even realize you just have had a quote that I really liked. And it was I don't want to hassle a driver on a one off. And having a system that recognizes patterns, recognizes who truly needs a little bit more help. Who might need a little bit of a behavioral change versus skill base change, versus the guy that, you know, made up made a little mistake might have spent a little bit here, there. We not condoning the behavior. But when you're comparing it all together, you can really see where to focus your efforts. And again, are you going to hassle the guy that has one speeding alert throughout the day versus others in your fleet that might benefit more from that? So I love that quote. Thank you, Paul, how are your fleets leveraging that data from safety technologies to improve ops, similar to Chris, where we're utilizing coaching, so we're also looking for the patterns. Since we're fairly new with the Netradyne system, obviously, the data has been flowing in as we've been outfitting the fleet. And so it was a matter of understanding the data coming in how we're using that is very similar. But we took a slightly different approach in that utilizing the driver eye application, the partner application with the driver AI technology has made probably the biggest difference in our fleet when it comes to coaching and the need for coaching. People are generally competitive, especially drivers by nature, they are going to want to do their best. And you were very quickly, we very quickly were able to identify those that were invested into the company, their driving profession driving career with us. And those that were not so we were much we were able to much quickly, much quicker, sorry. Find those that we needed to invest more time in. And the transformation of those drivers was just phenomenally amazing. It was it's it's a joy to watch happen. And to be able to have those conversations with drivers saying, Hey, I am so impressed where you went from here to here. I mean, wow. And then yeah, we've we've had, I had as a super success story, we had a I don't know if I can share this but had a an owner operator that came out in the low four hundreds, which is really bad. He got the technology. We said, hey, look, just try the app. He went into the nine hundreds within a week and sent us a text saying it was the best thing that ever happened to him. He's getting better mileage, much calmer drive. I mean, I was like, wow, that was great. So that's how we're using it. And it's working
those age because I have to imagine that driver might talk to other drivers in your fleet and tell them that the cameras not a bad thing.
