Was struggling to figure out what role I wanted to play while learning the game. From what I gather Jungle will be tough as a beginner, but this is the first league video where I've actually gotten hype about a position and want to be able to do what this guy does. On top of that I've been having serious issues deciding on champs to play, but always liked Kayn's kit/lore/etc(was just afraid of the jungle role because, well, I'm new); this vid solved that problem! 24:02-24:12 made all the light bulbs come on and my chest hurting from laughter. Thank you Virkayu for helping me find my first role and champ!

As Karasmai says: Blueser is blue kayn but with your typical Rhaast build (Steraks into death's dance, black cleaver, etc). Purple kayn is where you run conq + inspiration (future's/cosmic or boots/future's) and build goredrinker. If you get red first, you would build red items, and if you got blue first, you would build blue items (serpents, youmuu's, edge of night, etc). In pro play, blue kayn is better for versatility/mobility and map scaling but goredrinker + lethality is a great item set choice because you're looking for more of a teamfight potential rather than solo pick potential. It's also great for mid game fights when you need that extra sustain (hence the conqueror).

No matter what I try, I always suck at playing Kayn. In the video, he was quite lucky that Graves was extremely bad. Without that lead he wouldn't have been able to put such pressure across the map.

As someone who likes playing Kayn Iâve been waiting for a well put together Bluiser build to work with.
Also for all the other assassins/players who hate thresh lantern saving their victims, carry control wards 24/7 and drop them on the lantern so they canât click it. Works like a charm.
Any tips for knowing or experimenting the limits of your champ?

Yeah, I've been building Goredrinker and serpents fang for a while now on Kha, such a powerful build compared to assassin. I wonder if we'll see a kha video with it?
Honestly I tried Goredrinker many times and still prowlerâs with haste rune, makes Kayn stronger than that. Itâs weird, but Iâm more confident with it + even with goredrinker surviability is as weak as with prowlers.
Itâs a great option to push minions or to clear jungle minions, but to being a gamecarrier I would use definitely Prowlerâs Claw.

Hey, I started watching a couple years ago then stopped playing league for a bit and now have come back. Not sure if you have a specific reason why you stopped the low elo coaching on here(maybe just felt like you had done enough). But I learned so much applicable stuff during that time because I was usually making the same mistakes as the person in the video, would love if you did some videos in that format again :). cheers.

Lane Graves is good vs ad picks. So bad vs Malphite and Syndra. The thing they could've done better is switching the Graves into jungle and Nocturne into probably toplane because he can spellshield malphite ult and gain easy priority early.

Blueser kayn is when you build red kayn items and counquer. but you should make a vid about purple kayn( counquer runes 1st iteam is goredrinker and you go items for what form you go . Because as purple kayn you go what ever form you get first . If you get blue kayn you can sell goredrinker kn to stridebreaker for more damage and the slow)
You should watch Karasmai who invented blueser and made purple kayn.

my only problem as a fed kayn main, is closing the game
sometimes my team is choking in teamfight while my camps is still up, then choke after choke were losing teamfight then enemy team gets a comeback, which sucks, they always 4v5

virkayu bluesher kayn is when assasin kayn builds goredrinker, steraks and cleaver. He only builds goredrinker then Serpent's fang so it is an assasin build. I hope i explained it well

i want to correct that this is not exactly bluiser, bluiser is when kayn goes goredrinker, cleaver, sterak's,vissage etc. This is not purple kayn cause he didn't take congueror(purple is when u take runes for both blue and red and go what u get first and build an ironspike whip). this is an agressive bluiser or can also be called regular blue

i dont think thats blueser... it would be with conqueror and same build as red. he just builds goredrinker because of the prowler's nerf and rest lethality
Runes don't necessarily dictate the build, it all boils down to how you play it. I think because of the nature of blue kayn people think that going with conq means you don't need the extra AD since going blue already compensates for it. But in actual fact it doesn't and going conq with blue kayn can also be a waste of time.
The healing from goredrinker is merely a way to stay alive as an assassin that's been cc'd as most assassins die from cc chains. In this case conq is absolutely useless since you can't stack it during said cc chains. Better to go with runes you can actually benefit from over time like dark harvest.

@@jere1023 Yeah pretty much, the term bluiser is always up for interpretation. Players like Karasmai like to throw it around all the time but the build is always changing whenever he uses it. There's never one way to do it. I just know that dark harvest with goredrinker has always been consistent for me whenever I do need the extra sustain without compromising scaling damage.
