my 50dollar givi rear box bought from ahboy in 2003CE is still in use on my 3rd bike today, hinges broke long ago but i fixed her with metal door hinges..
they last longer than the coe of our bikes

Givi transferred its asian manufacturing site from Malaysia to Vietnam?
The different factories manufacture different parts. For example, the Hevik and soft panniers are made in the vietnam factory while fitting kits and plastic boxes are made in malaysia. We've seen the malaysia factory in our rimba camp video so we decided to have a look at the vietnam factory

Yes the panniers are still on the bikes 🤣 the amount of r&d and money put into researching the materials should make a big difference
