Ice flower is supposed to make a path when you walk on water and you can shoot ice balls which freeze enemies.

The Ice Flower is Really good for Koopa freerunning and the Penguin Suit is Fun like the OG and the Spin Flying mechanic with the Tanuki and Fat Mario was Literally Discord mod day 1
