Beautiful house on the outside! The curve appeal is spot on. A house of that price range should have more high end appliances! The staging was thrown together! It was not done in good taste. Most model houses are well put together. In my opinion that the selling point for that particular model.

Whatever happened to OWNING your own land and property instead of depending on unelected schmucks who are capable of overriding your votes in your neighborhood by assigning multiple votes to empty vacant lots and dictating you how you live your life?

Not impressed with this home, for the money, It's not Customized enough for this price. There are homes in Atlanta, that offer more for the price on more than an Acre, must be the area there.

I’m not impressed with this million dollar home must be the school district! They have better home in Nevada and Colorado!
It’s pretty...bland. Man a million bucks doesn’t buy you much these days.
This home was a big disappointment to me especially coming from Toll Brothers. I have seen better homes from toll Brothers in Las Vegas and in Denver Colorado for the amount they’re asking. The finishers were rather cheesy. Tell brothers it’s one of my favorite builders but I’m disappointed with this one.
