ancient temples which are more than 1000 to 2000 year old are better in hinduism.

There are many cool temples more than this temples . Just like Ankur watt I know it is in Cambodia but first it was Hindu temple but was converted into Buddhist temple.

Next time go inside to see Akshardham temple, even if you cannot bring your camera, from what I see on web it is a marvelous work of art in sculptures carved out of stone. It may become one of the modern wonders of the world. You can see one of their temples in NJ, it has sculpture carved out of white marble, parts of it is complete, it will be a tourist site for sure in NJ in the near future.

In big Indian cities, the best thing to do is to not give beggars anything. A lot of times they have more than enough money but refuse to work because begging is easier with dense population in cities. That's why we see less beggars in rural areas, they work hard even if they earn less. They're honest.

Jess I suggest you go to south India while you are still in India, A place called bylakuppe Tibetan settlement there a beautiful golden temple and many Tibetan monastery. So peaceful I am pretty sure you won’t be disappointed lol (: have fun and I luv my life ) !

Delhi had no big temple left after 800 years if Islamic invasion and rule! All converted to either mosque or broken, looted by barbaric ( names also like Babur) religion fanatics. Glad to see in last 25 years some decent temples are being built in Delhi. Those poor women look like Hindu immigrants from neighboring county seeking help. Thank you for sharing.
