Frank (Denzel Washington from The Equalizer and Flight), Doc (Ruben Santiago-Hudson from the Castle series) and Eva (Lymari Nadal from America) go looking for food. But when Eva asks to go and wait in the car, Frank notices a car parked in the distance that seems to be watching them. Doc is busy collecting the food, and Frank has gone to find him to collect the keys to turn on the heat. When he returns, the car bursts away and prepares to shoot Eva. But Frank arrives just in time to pull her out of the car and save her.

What’s the American Gangster movie about?
Frank Lucas (Denzel Washington from The Equalizer and Malcolm X) decides to take over his boss's business after he died. He becomes a powerful drug dealer, who manages to overcome the American mafia thanks to a new strategy: he starts selling heroin directly imported from Vietnam half the price of other dealers, while his quality is much higher. This drug, Blue Magic, is making its success. But Richie Roberts (Russell Crowe from Gladiator and Man of Steel), a New York cop who lost his teammate to an overdose, is going to try to bring him down.

@@worldwiderell1812 Yes but I think the writer should have won an award because John Q is based on real world true life events that many people face on a daily basis. A father trying to keep his child alive with powerful coward medical cartel system trying to undermine his efforts and Denzel did an outstanding job but Training Day was his best performance of his career. He played the character so well he truly convinced you he really was the character.

I would say it's interesting rather than ridiculous. The drive by is easily interpreted to the viewer as bad. You might not be able to say the same about vulgarity. That's one take at least.

If someone is ever shooting at you by drive by, and you’re near a car, best chances to avoid getting hit is hiding behind the front end of the car.
The engine block is on the front end of most cars and it’s heavy and durable enough to increase the chances of stopping bullets from getting through the car.
Because bullets will absolutely chew through car doors and side paneling.

being that its a caddy from what i saw, the bullets that hit the inner metal structure will not penetrate all the way through because as you know when bullets hit objects they change direction, not so say that no bullets would get through, just not all will, depends on the cartridge also, a 7.62x51 probably wouldn't have a problem shedding through

Fragile as human life may be, taking it can be more of a challenge than most would naively presume, especially just fom watching "fictional" movies supposedly based on true stories. Firing at a stationary target from a mobile position can obviously be more of a challenge than most would initially advertise. True as this may be, it's always easier to destroy in a second what once required countless years of continued effort to raise and originally create. Attentively listening to "Gangsta's Paradise" may prove to be a highly educational and enlightening experience for the most unfortunate and uninformed.
