The issue is where the governor placed the wires. He placed it on federal land, and not on land belonging to Texas. If these people aren’t fluid in English, don’t have a skill set that competitive, how are they capable of taking jobs from Americans? The jobs they do, almost every American would turn down. They are working in fields picking lettuce, strawberries, etc, for cents a day. They’re getting up early, in the dark hours, waiting on the side of the road, just in case someone might choose them to go work all day in the hot sun. With all that stated, I do believe there needs to be something in place to prevent anymore from flooding the country. There has to be a way to do this, with the cooperation between state and federal government. None of them really want it to work, because they benefit, in some way, from the chaos.
