- I always have a tinge of fear when I receive an Amazing Yamaguchi figure from Kaiyodo. I love the poses, I love the stylized look, but the Revoltech joints can be a bit frustrating. But honestly, I had tons of fun with Deathstroke. This and the Batman are a hell of a start to the Yamaguchi DC shelf.

That Gambit figure looks so damn good. I can not wait for him. This figure fits perfectly with DC icons Nightwing. And he looks alright with mafex JL Batman.

Robo you know that when you had deathstroke aiming his rifle he was aiming on the side where he has no eye.
Heh, yeah, Slade is right handed. The promotional pics even have it that way, and Google "Deathstroke aiming." Does it in the comics all the time. But agree, it's kind of dumb.
A lot of artists draw him that way, what is kinda strange...

Revoltech tbh has become one of my favorite lines. Sure the articulation could be a bit wonky sometimes but they have really stepped up their game since they listen to us. The keep improving which is amazing (no pun intended lol)
But even tho they kill it with American based Figures, I want some Anime Figures! Just think, Revoltech Naruto and Sasuke would be dope as HELL, I also hope they continue the My Hero line for a while and maybe do DBZ or One Punch Man, Genos would be perfect for them. Hell, maybe Bleach, One Piece, they all are perfect for Revoltech and I want them to see them through!

Awesome review Robo! This is my favorite Yamaguchi fig to date. Getting him on one knee realistically shouldering the rifle while looking down the sight is just epic. Sure, definitely not the most “dynamic” pose but how many figures can be posed with their gun like that? Not many... Keep on entertaining me Robo, you’re awesome man!

My very first experience with the Amazing Yamaguchi line is the Spider Man and so far I’m loving it. Looking forward to getting this one and very excited for the Gambit figure as well

Super pleased with it (of course) but I somehow managed to rub off a bunch of paint in his lower abdomen within the first hour of posing.

For a bit. The shine kinda wore off and I haven't been as heavy into them. They still make some weird decisions.

One legends is usually 50 rrp and over 50 from third party sellers lol, which isn’t much less than a “boutique figure”. So I just bought my first Amazing Yamaguchi figure in Cable and I’m keen to see how my experience will be like.

This guy is in scale with mafex Justice league Batman and he's also in perfect scale with DC icons Nightwing. He looks fantastic posed with DC icons Nightwing.

The side joints on either side of his torso allow you to get his arms up and behind him to pull off a chopping motion with the swords and better pull his arms in front of his body: great design and great review Robo. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

As annoying as revoltechs are (hell of annoying, really), amazing yamaguchi has some truly EPIC looking figures. And I really mean epic. As much as I hate revoltech joints, I feel tempted to go for Iron Man bleeding edge armor now. Damn you and your reviews Robo! Frankly, I'd even love to have Deathstroke, if I only had enough spare cash lying around somewhere.But my secret stashes are running low, haha. Still, that beautifully sculpted, mean looking mask is what catches my eye. And those poses! If it only was Arkham games version of Deathstroke, I'd be 100% sold.
You know, it wasn't until after when I was doing an Instagram pic that I really stopped and looked at the mask. It is a mean looking sculpt, just sets off the whole figure.
I hope the next dc revoltech would be nightwing

Honestly it continues to amaze me how the Amazing Yamaguchi line operates. You either get something GREAT like Deathstroke or something very disappointing like Batman...and it blows my mind because you would think they know that if they got Batman right, that's destined to be a best-seller for months. Instead, we get a great a great Wade Wilson to go along with...the other good amazing yamgachi figures of MARVEL characters. Anyhow, good review man. I'm eagerly waiting for them to tackle Green Lantern or Superman, because I don't think they're there with female faces yet.

This figure works because he is armored. He isn't ugly like Deadpool, and Spider-man. That's also why I like their Iron Man coming out.

Nice looking figure as always... The articulation is nice and the joints blends well.... Some tightness here and there but it's not as frustrating as the other Marvel/ DC figures that they did... Price is a lil steep in my opinion so I will wait til it goes on sale ( yes I'm a picky collector, NO I'm just a cheapskate ). I'm just gonna keep it to my self so my wife wouldn't know lol!

The staff is technically a stave but in all this figure is great looking
Despite not being a huge 1:12 or Harley Quinn Collector, if this line actually makes that Harley I would have to get it because that just seems to0 fun to miss out on.

Am I the only one who sees the Revoltech Magneto in that unmasked head? I mean, I'm not saying they re-used the same sculpt and just slightly tweaked it for Deathstroke, but I'm also not *not* saying it...
It makes sense, the same sculptor does the whole line. I thought I mentioned the resemblance but I may have cut it out.

I pulled the neck assembly out and mounted the cape under there.
