HA! You expected an explosion at 0:43
But don't worry.
There won't be any explosions in this video.
...
...r-right?
Well your reaching 100k hope you will in no time
There is actually a thing that exploded
This is mindblowing
Haha as someone once said..
Art.. is an explosion!
10:05 here is the explosion
Hello! I really like your arts tutorials, can you please explain how to draw sporty poses, that would be very helpful,
Thank you.
Channels like this are rare. Ones that teach you what you want to learn without going on for half an hour about random garbage nobody cares about. Good to see people like you making learning art worthwhile and less time-consuming.

He's good, but just want to note that he knows a lot more than what he teaches, which isn't reflected in the video's either. Probably a lot of things he picked up over the years of practice, and which is important if you're actually making a living off it, and which people who are just looking for their easy fix to some recreative drawing (like myself xD) don't care about yet.
So it's not garbage. Just a different audience.
This guy is underrated. He's amazing at teaching. He's even better than my art teachers
defo
my art teacher in year 7 and 8 gave a pickture of a shoe and just told us to draw it, without any teaching. Yes am talking about you !, Ms Driver, if your reading this.
True
@@shlipon4927 art teachers suck tho cos they never acc teach you anything they just tell u to express urself and its like cant do that without shading miss
facts tho!

lmao the ways your tone goes from confident to guilty so fast is amazing!
*That moment when someone can draw, write and voice act at the same time*
Whenever I see a thumbnail that says "...for complete idiots," I can't help but think "ah, finally something for my level."
LOL-
Same dude
Me too man, me too
yeah....
Haha same
Once upon a time there was a Artist who was struggling with perspective they thought they would never understand such skill until...you came out with a video right on time. You sir saved us all: I don't know if that paragraph was good or not but thank you
Hello, Mr. Marcel, I’m Samuel, I’m 9 years old and I’m from the Philippines. I have spent many hours looking for a good tutorial about drawing, but when I watched your videos, I thought it was the perfect tutorial, and, it was! And also, you were right about tutorials that need measuring. You even had a little bit of comedy! I have watched many of your videos and I’m ready to watch and learn more from you!
Thank You!
BRO STARTS SO YOUNG WHAT
your channel is goddam gold, Really love it so much!!. Its even better quality than paid course, Thank you so much for helping a beginner like me
Not only was this the best video I’ve seen on drawing perspective, but your personality was so engaging, so hilarious I’d probably watch even if I wasn’t interested in drawing. Highly entertaining while being educational, what more could a viewer want? I’m a subscriber now
I stumbled upon his video accidentally awhile back (i wasnt into drawing) but his video definitely changed me and i started drawing like a month now maybe. Your sentence was indeed true that "I'd probably watch even i wasnt interested in drawing". 😂
This was so good to work with, especially with my ADHD. Thank you ever so much for all the hard work. I'm so much more confident with my understanding of perspective.
Thank you . It really helped me . and 10:00 I was surprised by Pain's entry
dude.. you're the only one who gave me knowledge of things like these despite the fact that there's hundreds of people uploading videos for drawings, you're the only simple and easy to understand one. geez. you the best.
My art teacher: I need 6 months to explain this
Draw like a sir: gimme 16 minutes B)
this video taught me more than life itself.
Are you god?
As an art teacher, I agree! 🤣
My sis is trying for interior designing so can I recommend her your chennal just asking will you teach about how to draw from different angles, perspective (like a house, building , scenery etc)
not to diss marcel or anything but if ur sister really wants to learn interior design i suggest going to Dan Beardshaw he teaches perspctive on that lvl
@@MasterSepulchure thanks bro I will suggest her she just compeleted school and has taken one year drop so it might be helpful 😀
9:57 your editing is insane
this is my favorite part lol
Dude I live in a small country town and interested in gothic buildings I never thought of google earth honestly how haven't I thought of this myself. Biggest tip anyone has given me.
I've never seen this topic be explained so well before, the visuals are really good!! You're a great teacher!
This is actually the first time I have watched a video like this without getting bored. AAAAA I LOVE IT SMHH!!!
I can now draw back grounds like a sir
i usually never comment on videos but i cannot say enough how well you explain things in such simple terms that i can understand and grasp what you said in the matter of a week and apply it to different things, youre such a good teacher and i thank you
Hi! A brazilian here!
What a useful video indeed. I was looking for exactly this type of information and I'd watched other clips that just didn't cut it, and now this! You explain it well and it's really important to go back to the beginning and explain everything. The penny dropped when you started using a second piece of paper with the vanishing lines extended, because they're so far away that they're not in the picture. Dingggg... Ding ding ding. Your English is very good, that's useful. I'm grateful for the effort you have made to publish this, vielen herzlichen Dank.
man the bassline of the song playing in the back is just killer. Super helpful video though! thank you
I'm drawing along with your tutorial and I'm learning sooo much! I've never knew about vanishing points until today, and it's literally blowing my mind how easy it is! Thank you, Marcel for making these videos! Now, I can really *draw like a sir* !
I took EGD and I knew most of this but I found this channel a few days ago and I honestly found this man's vids so entertaining. I'm glad I watched it that pain scene got a chuckle out of me.
This helps a whole lot! It's really simple, funny and it definetly makes me want to improve.
If you're trying to learn to draw as a beginner, these videos are gold. Most art instruction videos won't give you a real understanding of what you are doing. This guy is legit lol
Thank you so much for going over the absolute basics in depth, a lot of us never got those fundamentals down so it's immensely helpful.
Origami King Soundtrack in the background. True Sir of culture XD
Only 4 likes xD
I accidentally drew a template in art class with two perspectives. I nearly cried, but my art teacher explained parts of it for me, and it got simpler.
I still needed to make sure I had a total idea for it, so I thank you for this video.
i just started trying to learn how to draw and I think i stumbled upon gold! I love your descriptions and the work you put into these videos. Going to be my 100% teacher and hopefully i can be a SIR like you someday
Honestly, i appreciate how easily you explain these concepts. They've always been the hardest for me to learn. I wanna start working on my own manga too, so this helps a lot. Subbed
You never need to apologise for going back over the fundamentals - everyone should review them, even professionals, from time to time.
Thanks Marcel, I knew about perspective and how to draw but I've learnt more since sometimes I didn't pay attention in class especially knowing the real meaning of the 3 perspective types.😅💫
I feel guilty watching this for free. Man you are the best
As a beginner my mind is blown right now. Holy shit.
Not in a bad way. In like an I never could have figured this out and you just added new dimensions to reality kind of way.
Ive come up with a lot of trouble trying to fix my perspective issues but you Sir came up with a wonderful, clear and fun tutorial. You Sir have shown to all us creative minds a way to not fear this fundamental. Thanks really.
Not 9nly are you teaching me about vanishing points you are also teaching me about the technical capabilities of my app on my phone. Did not know how to use the ruler till just now, Thanks! 😂😅:D
I'm working on a project that has a deadline and the this vid is literally saving me right now.
I'm new to art, literally, in my adulthood. I can't believe I've learned 1p, 2p and 3p in a day! I love the art side of CZcams so much 💕💕
Lets go! New tutorial from our German sir to help us improve, I really appreciate this.
So impressed by your videos!! Found you today and am working my way through all of them. Thank you for helping me on my drawing journey!! I’m already way better!!
Thank you thank you thank you! I've been watching your tutorials with my learners - suggested to me by one of them too - and already my body and perspective drawing has improved so much! I know it's also becuase I've been practicing, encouraged by learning-to-teach and your channel, and I have a masters in fine art. So no matter what level you're at, DLAS is the channel for everyone! ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🤎🖤
i drew a bus with 2 vanishing points..thanks for the awesome lesson😄
ur by far the best art tut channel ive ever watched the effort that’s gone into these videos is amazing and it’s taught me so much thank you !!
I'm going to Draw and do my Best. If I ever make it Big I'll make sure everyone knows who my Sensei is! Fantastic Job explaining! I've struggled with perspective forever.
i love that you added the leaf village symbol on the house
I WANT TO THANK YOU FOR ALL THE HELP YOU DO FOR US!!!! THANK YOU!
So cool because it has been an awesome day and I'm not even sure how much I can do better
Thank you for breaking it down as I am learning perspectives now. You are very easy to follow and I love the humor you have throughout the video. I will be following closely for more. TFS 😊
What an amazing video! I will watch it again so I can practice along with you🤗 Thank you so much for all your effort and your help, Marcel! I would definitely love to see as much as possible, including painting videos🥰
Jesus man, I don't think you even realize how good your videos are
Dude came across your videos and you changed my whole view it's been years since I drew something I loved to do and now getting back into it, you have made life much easier thank you so much.
i keep coming back to these videos... they are just that helpful.
Thank you so much for spending so much effort on every video, every video gives me motivation and makes me just get off an art block (which sometimes I don't but I just struggle and make myself think that I have one) so thank you so much :)
You already had me giggling at the beginning. I’m an art graduate, but was not taught how to draw/color/paint completely. Worst of all, I have dyscalculia, which makes it difficult for me to draw perspective. Thank you for sharing this.
I will keep watching and hope to improve ✌️
How does dyscalculia affect perspective? I have it and don’t understand
can we take a moment to mesmerize this mans editing skills.
This video really helped me with drawing buildings, furniture, literally (almost) ANYTHING I can think of! THANK YOU FOR MAKING THIS VIDEO
The best perspective tutorial vid I've ever seen
Woah dude! You made me not to leave drawing. You are awesome 😎
this is the best tutorial channel ever and to think that he even makes us smile is just AWESOME
Wow!! You've helped me a lot! I have always had a hard to me with all of these objects such a s posing and perspective! I live you videos!! Thank you so much!! And I would love to see your manga in English! ❤❤
Thank you for teaching/showing the beginner stuff♥️
I may be a self taught artist, and I've been drawing ever since I was 6, but my art is SO shit, I was so bad at drawing in perspective, so thank you for helping me hone my skill, and CONGRATS I AM YOUR NEW SUB
This was really helpful. I learned how to do vanishing point perspective back in young-school days, but it's been so long since i've used it that i forgot how it worked. This was exactly the refresh i was looking for. Thanks!
Thank you so much during the past few weeks i have struggled with this topic
but your explanation was so cool !!, thank you so much.
Your video makes me very happy. At first I didn't know what hand drawing was and then I was surfing CZcams when I saw your video. It took me less than 10 minutes to hand-draw through your video. Thanks for making videos like this. Hope your CZcams channel will grow even more.
I wanted to add this comment just to make the algorithm going. I mean, THIS GUY IS SO UNDER-RATED!🧡
Many videos have helped me with art, but your videos are pure joy, Marcel! I love how you edit them and make everything so didactic, so catchy to the eyes and very easy to understand. Even me, who have studied many of these things already, found it very fun to watch. Thank you so much... I'm sorry I'm still broke, tho 😢
This is great!! And very practical! Just what I needed
You helped me understand 3 point perspective. Thank you
I am learning to draw with your lessons. I love anime, manga, manhwa and I want to become a tattoo artist. I've subscribed, liked and commented, that's the most I can do right now to say thank you
i learn something new today. i admire etaht you explain things so simple and you really make it a tutorial unlike others they make it a chat instead of a tutorial
Thanks for the tips on round objects and three point perspective! Those aspects of perspective are ones I have always struggled with, but it finally clicked after watching this video. Great art tutorial!
Your tutorials and videos always help so much! I’ve always been worried to draw perspective and try to draw things with vanishing points. But this video help a ton! Thank you for putting so much work into your videos, I bet it’s not easy to have to translate from German to English 😂🎨⭐️
Thank you so much for explaining for the beginners!!!!! I imagine its a lot of us.
I bought a book on how to draw (using art fundamentals) because there is so little beginners stuff on the youtube that is for pure beginners AND well explained. Thats you!
The book, however, leaves many blanks and YOU fill those in so well. Thank you thank you!! You go above and beyond 🩵🩵
We did perspective in an art class at my school, but I only got a basic understanding of it. This video has helped me get a better understanding on how backgrounds would work and how to make buildings that aren’t just on a street going in the same direction
Very helpful, can’t wait to learn more
Been binge watching these videos, they are so good. It's like a TV show!
Thank you so much for all the hardwork. ❤
My dream is too be an architect and you helped me alot, thankyou
Omg thank you so much! This video helped me so much to understand this. I have been struggling in my animation layout class because I couldn’t understand what she was trying to explain about the horizon line. I truly appreciate you making this video!🤍✨
I learned a lot, best artist ever. Thank you i became successful
This has to be the best tutorial on perspective I've ever seen! Thanks so much!
I remember learning about how to draw perspective w/ vanishing points _in my engineering class_. It was the most I've learned about drawing and immediately upped my drawing quality. I've had drawing classes before. Those 3 class periods in my engineering class taught me more than in all my previous art classes.
Helpful advice combined with funny humor. This is certainly a channel I need.
Thank you Sir for this useful video including the images seen on the screen ! I'm amaze with the way you'd explained.
Oh goodness 12:28 is my whole time question and you saved me for that 😭😭😭 thank you so much 😍😍😍
Thank you for the amazing video!!!
I finally got the proper idea and understanding of perspective. And now I'm trying to draw a top view cityscape using your 3 vanishing point tutorial.
I never understood perspective until your video so thank you so much!!! I'll be looking forward to other tutorials to get a better grip on drawing :P
Perfect.
I always love those transitions!!!!!
OMG this was just exactly what I needed. I am a total beginner as was going insane trying to figure it out. Your videos are fab funny and just brilliant I can't thank you enough. xxxxxxx
I’m 52 years old and I’m just starting painting for the first time so all this is new to me I thank you so much for taking the time to give some old food like me a chance I understand it a lot easier than stuff I tried reading…
Seriously better than any other teacher
Wow, this instruction is excellent, thank you very much!
These videos help me so much with drawing I didn't know this existed before this.
This video is really helpful, thank you sir!
I’m not gonna lie just watching you draw helps motivate me to keep drawing so thank you and I hope you see this.
I get all my information from this man. Since the first video I've been a huge fan and I've drastically improved. Thank you Sir 😊
He's Not A Liar, Hes The True And Honored Teacher For Us. W Marcel Aka "Draw Like A Sir".
